In the contact form: name, email, company, phone (optional) and the message. In the question box: the question text, without personal identification.

The IP address is stored only in hashed form, to limit abuse. The site uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

To reply to your message and keep a record of the commercial conversation. The legal basis is consent (art. 7, I, of Brazil's data protection law). Questions asked to the AI are used to generate the answer and to improve the site content.

With infrastructure providers that host LUA Vision systems, under contract. We do not sell data.
